4th Grade Field Trip

Dear Families,

We have a very exciting trip planned for Wednesday May 15th.  We will be traveling by bus to the Shelburne Museum for a day of discovery!  The children will be participating in different, interactive workshops that relate to our Vermont history unit. The workshops will range from bartering at the general store to being an apprentice as they go through the processing of raw wool to a finished product to simple machines on the Ticonderoga ship. 

We will be traveling by bus.  Your child needs to be at school at 7:45 am on Wednesday morning.  We will leave at 8:00 sharp!!!!!  We will be returning to school in time for the buses in the afternoon.

Your child needs to bring a snack, lunch and drink. (If you already ordered a bag lunch that will be available when you get to school.)

Please have your child dress to fit the weather conditions. It is supposed to be 60 degrees that day and it is often windy there.  Each child should also wear comfortable shoes as there will be plenty of walking.
